About us

We are a family-owned company offering services to support the development of cross-border sales in small and medium e-commerce businesses. We started our business in September 2011, but we have many years of experience in logistics and e-commerce both in Poland and Germany.

Our offer is addressed both to small businesses just starting cross-border sales, as well as well-established e-shops that want to expand their business into other countries and need comprehensive logistics solutions in the “direct entry” model. Thanks to direct contracts with German courier and forwarding companies, as well as warehouses in Poland and Germany, we are able to prepare a unique offer within the scope of outsourcing logistics services.

Thanks to our experience in online sales we perfectly understand the needs of our current and future customers. We know that well-organised and cost-effective logistics processes allow every company to build a competitive advantage. Polish entrepreneurs can compete effectively on European markets. We help them prepare customised logistics solutions, allowing them to reach consumers directly in Germany and other European Union countries.

History

05.2011

We participate in the first e-commerce fair in Poland: the e-commerce fair in Poznań. In the following years (2012,2013 and 2014) we were regularly awarded the podium in the competition eKomersy in the category "best cross-border service" as the only logistics company.
09.2011

We launch a brokerage portal eurorohermes.pl and acquire our first business clients while helping them launch on eBay.de and Amazon.
2012

We win the cooperation of Marketing Investment Group - owner of Sizeer brand. and a significant distributor of Timberland, Adidas, Puma brands.
2013

We begin providing distribution and import services for the largest Irish online car parts shop.
2014

We enlist the cooperation of Wittchen S.A.
2015

We cooperate with X-KOM, the largest distributor of IT equipment in Poland.
2016

We sign an agreement with Royal Mail and start post-courier distribution in the UK. We enlist the cooperation of CSG from Kraków - the owner of the Green Cell brand.
2017

We start close cooperation with Danish Parcel4You and B2C Europe providing return addresses in all EU countries. We start express deliveries to Germany for customers from Poznan and Wroclaw.
2018

We launch a fulfillment service in our 2nd warehouse in Sosnowiec and enlist Morele.net to consolidate our import services.
2019

We sign agreements with local operators in France, the Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, and Romania.
