International shipments
We were the first company in Poland (2011) to implement a large-scale logistics solution for international shipments, utilizing local courier and postal companies (the so-called last mile label) and local forwarding and return addresses.
We carry out shipments to all European countries. Thanks to our strategic location on the border of Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic, we deliver international shipments to end customers (DE, CZ) on the next working day, including Saturdays, without any surcharges. We also provide customers in the Wrocław and Poznań areas with the Germany Express service, offering same-day delivery from Poland to Germany. Express delivery to Germany and the Czech Republic is also available for customers who use our warehousing and packaging services (fulfillment). Additionally, our German warehouse is available for Amazon Prime durch Verkäufer.
To other countries such as Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Slovakia, and Hungary, shipments are delivered within 24-48 hours from our warehouse in Zgorzelec.

Shipment
Order by 2:00 PM

Report a Problem
A customer (e.g., in Germany) expresses the desire to return a purchased item.
Solution
You provide the customer with a link to the return form. The customer downloads and prints the selected label using their home printer.
Return Dispatch
The customer hands over the package with the label to the local carrier. Alternatively, you can provide them with our local address to which they can send the return themselves.
Return Processing
The package arrives at our local return address and is forwarded to the Eurohermes warehouse, where it is consolidated with your other returns.
Return Delivery
The package arrives at your address in Poland, allowing you to assess the product and proceed with either a replacement or a refund.

The buyer places an order using an online store or a sales platform, such as eBay or Amazon. The order is then transferred to our warehouse system.
Processing
Our staff pick and pack your products, and place the foreign carrier’s label on the package. The packed shipment is then prepared for dispatch.
Express Dispatch
Your packages are quickly and safely transported to the nearest shipping hub, from where they will be sent to the recipient. From this point, both you and your customer can track the shipment online on the carrier’s website.

Prime order
A customer purchases your product on Amazon and expects the order to be fulfilled with Prime status.
Processing
Our staff picks and packs the specified products. You provide us with the Amazon Prime courier label, which you generate from your Seller Central panel. The packed goods are then prepared for dispatch.
Express Dispatch
Your packages are quickly and safely transported to the nearest shipping center in compliance with Prime by Seller requirements, from where they will be delivered to the buyer. From this point, both you and your customer can track the shipment online.
Prime delivery
The next day, the customer enjoys your product with the fastest delivery, while you meet the Prime by Seller program requirements and save on FBA warehousing costs.

Our transport
Parcels originating from across Poland are transported to our storage facility located on the Polish-German border in the town of Zgorzelec / Görlitz.
Parcels addressed to any Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries are sent to our warehouse in Prague, from where they are directly delivered to the recipient.
For parcels destined for other European countries, they are transported to one of our key storage locations in Paris, Milan, London, Amsterdam, Madrid, or Malmö. From these cities, they are delivered directly to the recipient via local courier services.
