One account in our service gives you unlimited possibilities to send parcels to all European Union countries and the USA, with access to services from all cooperating couriers and postal operators. We continuously work on integrating new local courier companies, making sending parcels in all directions even simpler and more cost-effective!
The shipment is not afraid of transfers. From the moment it leaves your warehouse in Poland until it is delivered to the recipient, it will have the same label with your name and local return address. The tracking number of the shipment is known from the very beginning - you can provide it to your customer and include it with the order on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or your own online store. The labels are designed for printing on thermal printers.
Good after-sales service brings the most loyal customers. Thanks to the option of generating domestic return labels, your customers will be able to easily return and exchange an unsuitable product for a great purchase. Return labels can be included with each shipment or sent to the customer in PDF format when needed.
Directly from your account, you can track the journey of your shipments. Relevant statuses will help you determine not only the route your packages have taken but also which ones haven't reached the recipient yet and where they are currently located. This way, you can minimize the number of undelivered orders and returns, saving time and money, and gaining many satisfied customers. The feature is not available for services without tracking.

With the option to send shipments directly to alternative pick-up points like PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) - Packstation, Parcelshop, or local post offices - you can meet their preferences and significantly reduce the number of undelivered parcels. If a shipment goes to such a point, the system will notify you, and you can contact the recipient. This feature is available for selected carriers, and functionality may vary depending on the carrier.
Your money on your account. From our shipping service platform, you can generate labels for Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments. The courier will collect payment for the goods from the customer upon delivery, and the funds will be transferred by the carrier directly to the bank account you specified, whether it's domestic or international. You will receive information about the transfer or any issues with collecting payments in the system. This feature is available for selected carriers.
With the increasing number of shipments, it's time for automation. The file exchange module allows you to import orders in CSV/TXT file formats. The module supports the most popular file formats (Amazon, eBay) and enables quick definition of new formats. This way, from the first day, you'll be able to import all orders from your store and generate shipping labels for them.
Let's summarize. You can download information about your shipments in several selected formats - XLS, TXT, CSV, as well as eBay and Amazon exchange file formats. This allows you to easily monitor the status of your shipments and expenses, as well as quickly provide tracking numbers to selected sales platforms and customers.
